Wellbeing in action – Bienestar en acción

Beyond the benefits companies can give to employees re wellbeing there is a must: give the power back to people. They have the power. Each of us has the power. The power to act.  The power of choice. To choose and act consequently.

Create context of possibilities to facilitates wellbeing in all the dimensions and create context where we can observe ourselves,  how we are trapped in our own paradigms and believes and how we can also choose and change them.

Más allá de los beneficios que las compañías pueden darle a los empleados respecto de bienestar hay un obligado: devolverle el poder a la gente. Ellos tienen el poder. Cada uno de nosotros tiene el poder. El poder de actuar. El poder de elegir. Elegir y actuar consecuentemente.

Crear contextos de posibilidad que facilite el bienestar en todas las dimensiones y crear contextos donde podamos observarnos a nosotros mismos, cómo estamos atrapados en nuestros propios paradigmas y creencias y como podemos también elegirlas y cambiarlas.
