There are solutions and answers that worked perfectly in the past. Most of our success is based in those solutions and answers. So we love them. We have them in our tool-kit and use them. But one day, suddendly, we don’t get success. Something is wrong. We don’t know what’s wrong…but we are sure that our solutions and answers are wright…they worked in the past…they must work now…WRONG!!!!!!! we live in a VUCA world. Are we ready to create new solutions and answers? are we ready to stop extrapolating the past to the future?? Are we ready to create a new future?
Hay soluciones y respuestas que funcionaron perfectamente en el pasado. La gran mayoría de nuestro éxito está basado en esas soluciones y respuestas. Entonces nosotros las amamos. Las tenemos en nuestra caja de herramientas y las usamos. Pero un día, repentinamente, no obtenemos éxito. Algo anda mal. No sabemos qué es lo que está mal….pero estamos seguros que nuestras soluciones y respuestas son correctas….funcionaron en el pasado…tienen que funcionar ahora…ERROR!!!!!!! vivimos en un mundo VUCA.
