El desafío que quizás nos es transparente es el lenguaje: con él creamos la realidad…[1] “ …el pueblo hebreo reconocía en la antigüedad el poder transformador de la palabra. En arameo que era el idioma antiguo de los judíos, se utilizaba una expresión que así lo reconocía: “avara ka d’avara” y ello significaba: la palabra transforma. …luego se convirtió en la frase que usan los magos persas para abrir lo que se encuentra cerrado y hacer posible lo que parece imposible: abracadabra” [2]
Si como coachs pudiéramos ser sujetos que posibiliten que nuestras prácticas se conviertan en un arte, y ser facilitadores que posibiliten el desarrollo de las personas para su realización personal en relación con el trabajo… estaríamos participando en la sagrada tarea de facilitar que cada ser humano haga de su vida un canto…y me uno a las palabras de Friedrich: “ Vivir de tal manera que desees volver a vivir, ese es tu deber- , En todo caso volver a vivir! . Aquel para quien el esfuerzo representa el sentimiento más elevado : que se esfuerce! ; aquel para quien el reposo represente el sentimiento más elevado : que repose! , aquel para quien el hecho de integrarse, de seguir y de obedecer represente el sentimiento más elevado, : que obedezca! … con tal que tome conciencia de lo que le proporciona el sentimiento más elevado y de que no retroceda ante ningún medio! Le va en ello la eternidad![3]

One for whom the effort represents the highest feeling: to strive! ; one for whom the rest represents the highest sense: it sit! , One for whom the fact of joining, to follow and obey represent the highest sentiment: obey! … As long as aware of giving you the highest sense and that does not shrink at nothing! Le eternity depends on it! [3]
