Ayer vivimos una jornada de voluntariado, compartir y aprendizaje con los hermanos de la obra La Salle en Gonzalez Catán. Mi función fue compartir con el grupo de pastoral tips para cómo buscar su primer trabajo y dentro de ese marco convenimos en repetir las mismas charlas para otros grupos y empezar un proceso de coaching con cada uno de ellos (eran un grupo de 10) que consistirá en tres reuniones de 1 hora cada una cada 15 días. Me encontré con jóvenes comprometidos, abiertos, con ganas de aprender y superarse y ser protagonistas de sus vidas y en sus comunidades. El Espíritu que se respira en esa Obra es de Amor, Inclusión y Posibilidad. Allá vamos La Salle! Gracias!
Yesterday we lived a day of volunteering, sharing and learning with the brothers of La Salle in Gonzalez Catan. My role was to share with the Pastoral group tips for how to find your first job and within that framework we agreed to repit the same presentation with others and start a coaching process with each of youngers that were in that group, consisted in three meetings 1 hour each every 15 days. I met young people engaged, open, willing to learn and grow and be protagonists of their lives and in their communities. The Spirit that permeates this work is of Love, Inclusion and Possibility.
